Each year, our family does our best to stay in shape and live a healthier lifestyle. For Gordon and I, we mainly do it to keep up with Marcus! He seems to be naturally athletic with an unlimited supply of energy. For the past several years our focus has been running 5K events throughout the year. One of the runs we've been participating in since 2015 is the Summer Scamper which is a charity run benefiting the kids and families at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford.
Normally we register and do the run along with my brother Rommel. He lives in SoCal and comes up for the weekend just to run with us. This time, however, we've decided to do a little more than just run. We're organizing a running team... introducing...
